What hair will you have available on the days?

Will there be an in store discount?

We won't be offering a set discount, but we will have some in-store offers available

Do I need to book to attend a learn session?

Nope! We have limited capacity though so 1st come 1st serve!

Can I book an installation?

Yes you sure can! You can book a pre-made wig, ponytail, clip-in or sew-in install!

What should I do with my hair before an installation?

Please arrive with your hair washed and blow dried ahead of any installation service. We wish we could offer the full wash, treatment, detangling service your scalp deserves but unfortunately this venue does not have access to running water. We’re wo

Can I buy hair and collect it at the pop-up?

Do I need to book a lateral flow test?

In line with guidelines, please do take a test before coming to ensure we all have a safe and fun time. If you have COVID symptoms please sit this one out!

What happens if I’m late to the appointment?

We promise to be on time for you, so please try to do the same for us!. Lateness up to 15mins we’ll understand, but any later than that and your appointment may have to be adjusted/moved to fit the schedule, or cancelled completely to avoid delays to

What if I need to cancel the appointment?

Please email [email protected] with the subject [Appointment cancellation], please include the time and service details you had booked for. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund your deposit for cancellations with less than 24hrs notice - we know

Do you accept returns and exchanges in-store?

No, we don't! Sorry sis. Accepting returns in-store creates an unnecessary courier step, which we believe is worse for the planet, and so we ask that you send your return directly to our Ruka QC facilities for our hardworking quality control / fulfil

Can I swap my click + collect order to a delivery?

As our Westfield store operates from its own separate stock room and location to our website warehouse, collection orders cannot be converted to delivery orders. If you would like on order delivered we recommend placing a new order on the website for
