Each member of our team is also a trained braider, ready to offer expert guidance and deliver an exceptional styling experience. What services are you offering?We&#x2019;ll be offering a variety of braiding services, including stitch braids, braided ponytails and colour blending too! Do you take walk-in appointments?Currently, we don&#x2019;t take walk-in appointments for a full braiding look, but you can still stop by the counter for help from one of our Hair Artists to demo the products, and maybe even touch up your edges! What is the consultation?A Ruka Hair Artist will give you a call to review your pre-booking form, ask any follow-up questions, and ensure everything is prepared for your appointment. This is also your opportunity to ask any questions ahead of your visit, so we can make sure your experience is seamless from start to finish.If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know ahead of time so we can ensure your visit is as comfortable as possible. Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?Yes you can! Simply let us know as soon as possible. Please aim to give us at least 24 hours notice should you wish to make a change to your booking. What if I&#x2019;m unhappy with the service I received?We want every client to leave feeling confident and cared for. If you have any concerns during your appointment, please let your stylist or the retail manager know so we can address them straight away. If you prefer to follow up afterwards, you can email us at&#xA0;help@rukahair.com&#xA0;and our Customer Experience team will be happy to assist. What to expect at the appointment?Once you arrive, please come in and speak to the Ruka Hair Artists. This is subject to stock and stylist availability. Walk-ins may not always be possible.</li><li data-start="470" data-end="585" style="font-size: 16px;">Please note that the Jayda Wayda Fulani Braids are not included in this promotion.</li><li data-start="586" data-end="667" style="font-size: 16px;">To qualify, Synths 2 must be purchased directly from the Selfridges stand.</li><li data-start="668" data-end="841" style="font-size: 16px;">If your preferred Synths 2 product is out of stock, the Selfridges team will issue an invoice so you can complete your purchase immediately and secure your booking.</li><li data-start="842" data-end="1019" style="font-size: 16px;">A &#xA3;20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment.
