We promise to be on time for you, so please try to do the same for us!

Lateness up to 15mins we’ll understand, but any later than that and your appointment may have to be adjusted/moved to fit the schedule, or cancelled completely to avoid delays to later appointments in the day.

In this instance your deposit will not be refunded, so please arrive on time!
