What if I need to cancel the appointment?Updated a year ago

Please email [email protected] with the subject "Appointment cancellation", including details of the date/time and service you had booked for, along with a brief description of the reason for your cancellation.

We know life happens, but regrettably we will be unable to refund your deposit for cancellations with less than 48hrs notice.
