Do you accept returns and exchanges in Selfridges/at your Pop-Ups?Updated 2 months ago

You are welcome to return or exchange your Ruka Pop-Up purchase in-person for the duration of our time in New York, provided the hair is returned in a saleable condition as detailed in our Returns Policy. After the Pop-Up ends and we return to London, you will need to mail your order back to us in order to obtain an exchange or refund, so we'd definitely encourage you to make the most of the Pop-Up whilst we are there!

***Please note we do not offer free postal returns for Pop-Up purchases – you will be responsible for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items.***

To return/exchange a product purchased at our New York Pop-Up after the Pop-Up has concluded, first check that your item is eligible for return before emailing your request to [email protected] and our Customer Care team will share the instructions you need to return your order to us. 

Each return undergoes a thorough quality control and hygiene inspection process, handled in the order they are received. This process ensures that all returned products meet our high standards. Given this comprehensive process, we kindly ask you to allow up to 28 days for your return item to arrive, go through this rigorous inspection, be processed and then refunded.
