Selfridges ReturnsUpdated a year ago

 We do hope you enjoyed your Ruka Hair Selfridges purchase, but if for any reason you need to return it, you can do so at the Ruka retail stand at Selfridges Oxford St within 28 days of your in-store purchase.

If the item is new and unused with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll receive a full, no quibble refund.


Please remember that only purchases made from Selfridges (either in-store or online) can be returned to Selfridges. Selfridges cannot process returns for purchases that didn't come from their website or store.

Before attempting to return your order, please read below to ensure it is eligible:

Hair Extensions

We get it. You order the hair, it arrives and your the texture or colour isn’t quite what you imagined. We accept all returns requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Still have the original Ruka tag attached and in a good/saleable condition
  • Still have any original packaging intact (e.g. plastic zip ties / ribbon banding) and in a good/saleable condition
  • Not be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, coloured, bleached)
  • Not appear to have been worn
  • Not be in Clearance, Marketplace or part of a Co-Creator test (this includes in-person Clearance purchases)
  • Be returned in it's barcoded cornstarch Ruka bag (select units)

If not, we will not be able to accept the return.


Cosmetics

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • Not be opened, used or have a broken protective seal

If not, we will not be able to accept the return.


Merch/Accessories

To be eligible for a return, your product must:

  • For clothing/scarves, still have the original Ruka clothing tabs attached
  • Not be altered in any way (stained, stretched, ripped, faded, cracked)
  • Not have been worn

If not, we will not be able to accept the return.
