Do you offer in store discounts?

Do you accept returns and exchanges in Selfridges/at your Pop-Ups?

***Please note we do not offer free postal returns for Pop-Up purchases – you will be responsible for the postage unless you’re returning faulty or damaged items***. To return a product purchased at one of our Pop-Ups, please check that it's eligible

Can I book an installation?

Yes you sure can! You can book a pre-made wig, ponytail, clip-in or sew-in install!

What should I do with my hair before an installation?

What happens if I’m late to the appointment?

We promise to be on time for you, so please try to do the same for us!. Lateness up to 15mins we’ll understand, but any later than that and your appointment may have to be adjusted/moved to fit the schedule, or cancelled completely to avoid delays to
