When can I expect my order to arrive?Updated 15 days ago

Please bear in mind that our shipping times do not include our usual processing time; for standard delivery orders we allow up to 5 working days for our fulfilment team to prepare and process your order, especially needed during busier times and peak holiday seasons.

Extended long-lead delivery

We know you're excited to get your hands on your new hair goodies which take a little longer to craft due to their high demand! Placing your order ensures you get yours, but please note long-lead items cannot be cancelled or expedited once placed. 

If your order includes both in-stock and long-lead items, they'll ship together once the long-lead stock is ready. As soon as your entire order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Last Chance/Marketplace delivery

There are specific conditions which make our Last Chance sale/Marketplace offers possible. Marketplace orders are manually prepared in the order in which they were received, so please allow up to 10 working days for the processing of your order.
Marketplace orders cannot be fast-tracked, but we promise to do our part and get your order to you - and we truly appreciate your patience in advance!

UK Next day delivery

Our next day delivery service is via DPD Next-Day (24hrs), and our fulfilment team will prioritise processing your order to ensure it reaches you within the expected timeframe. Order Mon - Thur before 11am to ensure your order is dispatched the same day. Next day delivery orders placed after 11am on Friday-Sunday are shipped out the next working day.

The delivery standards above exclude Bank Holidays and seasonal periods - from time to time orders may take a little longer, so please be patient in allowing extra time for your delivery. Thank you!

Order taking longer than expected?

PLEASE NOTE: We are passionate about you receiving your Ruka package with the love and care we put into every order, and we take full responsibility of your entire shopping experience. However, we do rely on 3rd parties (who work normal hours and get paid fairly) to get you your orders. This means that though we're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get your orders on time, we can only update you as fast as any courier updates us.
