Please bear in mind that our shipping times do not include our usual processing time; for standard delivery orders we allow up to 5 working days for our fulfilment team to prepare and process your order, especially needed during busier times and peak holiday seasons.

Made to order and Extended delivery

We know you're excited to get your hands on your new hair goodies which take a little longer to craft! Placing your order ensures you get yours, but please note these items cannot be cancelled or expedited once placed. 

If your order includes both in-stock and extended delivery/made to order items, they'll ship together once the long-lead/made to order stock is ready. As soon as your entire order is on its way, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Last Chance/Marketplace delivery

There are specific conditions which make our Last Chance sale/Marketplace offers possible. Marketplace orders are manually prepared in the order in which they were received, so please allow up to 10 working days for the processing of your order.
Marketplace orders cannot be fast-tracked, but we promise to do our part and get your order to you - and we truly appreciate your patience in advance!

The delivery standards above exclude Bank Holidays and seasonal periods - from time to time orders may take a little longer, so please be patient in allowing extra time for your delivery. Thank you!
