Here’s what to know before booking
A consultation is required at the time of purchase to ensure suitability, texture matching, and your desired style.
Availability cannot be guaranteed without a confirmed booking. This is subject to stock and stylist availability. Walk-ins may not always be possible.
Please note that the Jayda Wayda Fulani Braids are not included in this promotion.
To qualify, Synths 2 must be purchased directly from the Selfridges stand.
If your preferred Synths 2 product is out of stock, the Selfridges team will issue an invoice so you can complete your purchase immediately and secure your booking.
A £20 deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This will be refunded once your installation is complete, but it is non-refundable in the event of a no-show.
We understand plans can change — we’ll always do our best to accommodate rescheduling where availability allows.

By completing your consultation, you consent to the possibility of being included in Ruka content (e.g. behind-the-scenes footage, photography, or social media).
