This ensures that all returned products meet our highest standards. Given this comprehensive process, we kindly ask you to allow up to 28 days for your refund to arrive, go through this rigorous inspection, be processed and refunded.
Please be aware that during busier times such as sales periods and the Christmas break, we may require additional time.
Once we have processed your returned products and issued you your refund, you’ll be sure to get a full return update from us. Refunds may take 2-3 billing cycles to appear on your card statement depending on your card issuer, and this duration is one we have no influence over.
