How does a pre-order work?

A pre-order lets you reserve an item before it’s back in stock. This allows us to ship the products to you as soon as we’ve received them and completed our quality checks.

You’ll pay at checkout, and we’ll email you with updates and your dispatch timeline.

When does it ship?

Shipping dates vary depending on the product.
Your estimated dispatch window is shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Can I pay later?

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes — you can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order.

I ordered multiple products — when will they ship?

If your order includes pre-order and in-stock items, they’ll ship together.
