My tracking says delivered, but I haven't received itUpdated 3 hours ago
This usually happens when the courier either leaves your parcel in a safe space, with a neighbour/concierge or with someone else in your place of residence. It is worth checking a couple of things:
- You or someone in your place of residence picked up the “missed delivery note”
- Your neighbours/someone else in the house has accepted the parcel for you
- It hasn’t been left outside (e.g. patio/near bins)
- It hasn’t been left at a reception/concierge desk
