I haven’t received my order, but the tracking information says that I haveUpdated 3 months ago
This usually happens when the courier either leaves your parcel in a safe space, with a neighbour/concierge or with someone in your place of residence. It is worth checking a couple of things
- You or someone in your place of residence picked up the “missed delivery note”
- Your neighbours / someone else in the house has accepted the parcel for you
- It hasn’t been left outside (e.g. patio/near bins)
- It hasn’t been left at a reception/concierge desk
