This usually happens when the courier either leaves your parcel in a safe space, with a neighbour/concierge or with someone in your place of residence. It is worth checking a couple of things

• You or someone in your place of residence picked up the “missed delivery note”
• Your neighbours / someone else in the house has accepted the parcel for you
• It hasn’t been left outside (e.g. patio/near bins)
• It hasn’t been left at a reception/concierge desk
