When can I expect my refund?Updated 4 months ago

Our returns service is not an automated one, so please allow 7 working days from our receipt of your return for our small but hardworking Quality Assurance team to carefully inspect and process return orders, in the order they were received. 

Please be aware that during busier times such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the Christmas break, we will require additional time up to 10 working days.

Once we have processed your returned products and issued you your refund, you’ll be sure to get a full return update from us. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement depending on your card issuer, and this duration is one we have no influence over. We will notify you by email when your return and refund has been processed.


Returns over the Holidays🎄🎁

For all returns received Tuesday 19th December 2023 onwards, these will begin being processed in the order received from Tuesday 2nd January 2023 when our Quality Control centre re-opens. We promise to do our part and will be working through all queries and requests in the order received also, so please do allow an additional 5 working days minimum from this date for an update from us 💌
