How do refunds work?

Please allow 14 working days from our receipt of your return for our small but hardworking Quality Assurance fulfilment team to carefully inspect and process return orders, in the order they were received. 

Please also be aware that the Royal Mail strike action taking placing during November-December will likely impact the time it takes for us to receive your return, so your patience here is greatly appreciated. (Learn more about this here.)

Once your return has been received, inspected and approved, we will then process your refund.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your card statement depending on your card issuer, and this duration is one we have no influence over. We will notify you by email when your return and refund has been processed.


Returns over Christmas

For all returns received Monday 19th December onwards, these will begin being processed in the order received from Tuesday 3rd January 2023 when our fulfilment centre re-opens. We promise to do our part and will be working through all queries and requests in the order received also, so please do allow an additional 5 working days minimum from this date for an update from us 💌
