For international order returns, we recommend opting for a trackable courier service and that you retain your proof of postage and tracking details should there be any need to follow up with the courier.
🔔Just a reminder - It can take up to 7 working days from our receipt of your return to process your refund as we share in our returns policy. This isn't an automated service and is the time necessary for our small but hardworking Quality Assurance team to carefully inspect and process return orders, in the order they were received. Once we have processed your returned products and issued you your refund, you’ll be sure to get a full return update from us.
