How can I track my order?Updated 10 days ago
After you place your order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Then, once your order has begun being processed and prepped for shipping, you will also receive an email containing your tracking number. The confirmation email may go into your spam folder, so if you can't find it please check there!
Sometimes a tracking order is generated for your order before the courier has updated their system on where your package is.
If you see a message like "We are waiting for the parcel from the sender" or "We are receiving your parcel" please wait 24 hours for the tracking to update while it processes through the courier's system. If there is no update within 2 working days, please send us an email at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help look into this for you.
For customers tracking via USPS:
To help reduce their carbon footprint, USPS groups orders by local area and ships them collectively. When these grouped shipments arrive in your area, a local courier may ‘sign for’ the whole batch before distributing individual parcels to their final addresses.
This means you might see your order marked as “signed for” even though you haven’t received it yet. Don’t worry — your order is very likely still in transit and should reach you soon.
If you haven’t received your parcel within a few days of the ‘signed for’ scan, please get in touch with our Customer Care team at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.

That said, we’re not Amazon — we partner with trusted third-party couriers who work normal hours and are paid fairly. This means that sometimes, we can only update you as quickly as they update us.
