How can I track my order?Updated 16 days ago
After you place your order on our website, you will receive an email confirming your order has been placed. Then, once your order has begun being processed and prepped for shipping, you will also receive an email containing your tracking number. The confirmation email may go into your spam folder, so if you can't find it please check there!
Sometimes a tracking order is generated for your order before the courier has updated their system on where your package is.
If you see a message like "We are waiting for parcel from sender" or "We are receiving your parcel" please wait 24hrs for the tracking to update.
For customers tracking via USPS: Please be aware to reduce their carbon footprint, USPS group orders based on local area, ship them as collective groups to those areas, before having local couriers 'sign for' and then distribute the orders to their individual addresses from there. You may have noticed that your order is marked as signed for despite not being received so please don't be alarmed by this. Your order is likely still in transit!
PLEASE NOTE: We are passionate about you receiving your Ruka package with the love and care we put into every order, and we take full responsibility of your entire shopping experience. However, we are also not Amazon and so we do rely on 3rd parties (who work normal hours and get paid fairly) to get you your orders. This means that though we're always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get your orders on time, we can only update you as fast as any courier updates us. Please bare with us in the rare event that something goes wrong - we'll do all we can to get your order to you🖤
