We're always striving to make our products as accessible to as many of our Ruka babes as possible, and so we've introduced extended fulfilment ordering options for those seeking the opportunity to guarantee their products ahead of an upcoming restock...

There are specific conditions which make extended fulfilment possible:

• After placing your extended fulfilment order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a reminder of your expected fulfilment timeframe📆 
• All extended fulfilment orders are processed as standard delivery, however if you'd like to make any changes to your shipping method, you can email our Customer Care team at [email protected] for assistance with upgrades or amendments to your order.

• Once our restock has landed and is ready to ship, all extended fulfilment orders will be prioritised first, followed by orders placed after this date.

In the rare event that a restock arrives and isn't as we were expecting, we will reach out to notify you and share your new fulfilment date. Your extended fulfilment order will remain at the front of the queue, and will be upgraded to next day delivery/express shipping to ensure that it reaches you as quickly as physically possible once the products in your order are available.
