Customers are responsible for covering any applicable customs or duty fees once their package arrives. These costs are not included in your Ruka delivery fee, and unfortunately, we have no control over them.

To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order. They can confirm duty thresholds, import rates, and any additional fees that may apply.

Please note: if customs fees are refused, your order may be returned to us. In this case, we’ll issue a refund for the items only as shipping costs are non-refundable.
