Can I return Ruka Marketplace/SKU-culling clearance items?Updated 9 months ago
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind but there are specific conditions which make our Marketplace / Last Chance / SKU-culling clearance offers possible...
All purchases from our Marketplace/ Last Chance (Clearance/SKU culling) are sold as seen and are final sale products. This means that cancellations and returns of any kind cannot be accepted, and by purchasing from this range, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Marketplace orders are manually prepared in the order in which they were received, so please allow up to 10 working days for the processing of your order.
Marketplace orders cannot be fast-tracked, but we promise to do our part and get your order to you - and we truly appreciate your patience in advance!
All purchases SKU-culling purchases can be returned for store credit or exchange:
- You have 14 days from your purchase date to return your SKU-culling items.
- Items must be eligible for return*
*To be eligible for a return, your product must:
- Still have the original Ruka tag attached and in a good/saleable condition
- Still have any original packaging intact (this includes all plastic zip ties / ribbon banding / elastic banding) and in a well presentable condition
- Not be altered in any way (brushed out, cut, coloured, bleached)
- Not appear to have been worn
- Not be in Clearance, Marketplace or part of a Co-Creator test (this includes in-person Clearance purchases)
- Be returned in it's barcoded cornstarch Ruka bag
If your return fails to be eligible, your refund will be processed less 25% to cover the admin and labour costs involved.

To return, put the hair extensions in secure packaging and leave a note inside your return with your order number on it as well as mark your order number on the front of your return package itself.
You'll then want to select a postal service of your choosing. (We recommend opting for a trackable service and keeping a copy of your receipt) Please reach out to us for return address.
Each return undergoes a thorough quality control and hygiene inspection process, handled in the order they are received. This process ensures that all returned human hair products meet our high standards. Given this comprehensive process, we kindly ask you to allow up to 28 days for your return item to arrive, go through this rigorous inspection, be processed and then refunded. To avoid joining this queue you can send over a copy of your return receipt and we will make sure that your exchange or store credit refund is promptly issued.
