Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Promoter

The promoter is Ruka Hair ("we", "us", "our"). Email contact: [email protected]. This is not a monitored inbox, for customer queries, please contact [email protected].

2. Eligibility

• This giveaway is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the United States, aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Ruka Hair, their families, agents, or anyone professionally associated with the draw are excluded from entering.
• No new purchase is necessary to enter.

3. Promotional Period

• The giveaway opens on Tuesday 14th July and closes at 11:59 PM BST on August 24th, 2026.
• Entries received after this time will not be counted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the prize draw, you must complete the following steps:

1. Open the link provided to you.
2. Under the international page prompt, choose "Stay on Sephora.com".
3. Scroll to find the designated Ruka product and open its product page.
4. Scroll down to the "Write a Review" section.
5. Log in to your Sephora account. If you do not have one, you must create a free Sephora US account (note: a US phone number is notrequired to sign up).
   • Note: If creating a new account, you may need to verify your email address before continuing.
6. Write your review.
7. Disclose the Incentive (Mandatory): You must check/tick the box on Sephora indicating that your review is incentivized (e.g., "I received this product for free, or as part of a promotion/sweepstakes").
8. Submit & Screenshot: Take a clear screenshot of your submitted review.
9. Email Entry: Email your screenshot to [email protected] to officially submit your entry.

Honest Feedback Policy: We want your genuine thoughts! Honest feedback is incredibly important to us. Your review does not need to be 5 stars, and the rating or sentiment of your review will not affect your chances of winning. Positive, neutral, or critical reviews all have an equal chance of winning.

5. The Prizes

• There will be three (3) winners selected in total.
• Each winner will receive a Sephora Gift Card valued at £100 or $100, depending on the winner's location:
  • UK winners will receive a £100 Sephora UK gift card.
  • US winners will receive a $100 Sephora US gift card.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• The 3 winners will be selected at random from all eligible, verified email entries.
• Winners will be contacted via email from [email protected] no later than August 31, 2026.
• Claiming the Prize: Winners must respond to the notification email to claim their prize within three (3) working days.
• If a winner does not claim their prize within 3 working days, Ruka Hair reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a runner-up.

7. General

• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Sephora.
• We reserve the right to disqualify any entries that violate these terms, including reviews that are not successfully published, or entries that fail to disclose the incentivized nature of the review.
• Personal data submitted will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
