OPERATING HOURS

Our offices and fulfilment centre will operating with reduced hours over this holiday break (23rd December - 4th January) so you may notice longer than usual customer care response times. Thank you in advance for your patience whilst team Ruka take a short break to rest and recharge, ready to continue to serve you upon our return in the new year! ✨

ORDERS

For orders needed in time for Christmas and New Years, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible to avoid any disappointment! We aim to meet these delivery times but bear in mind that during the busier holiday period, deliveries may take a little longer.

Last order dates:

To arrive by Christmas, please ensure you order by midnight 17th December.

To arrive by New Years, please ensure you order by midnight 27th December.

RETURNS

For all returns received on 22nd December onwards, these will begin being processed in the order received from 4th January when our fulfilment centre re-opens. We promise to do our part and will be working through all queries and requests in the order received also, so please do allow an additional 5 working days minimum from this date for an update from our customer care team 💌
