To find out whether it's possible to change or cancel an order, first go onto your Order Amendments page, enter your order details and follow the instructions on screen to request a hold on your order which will prevent our fulfilment team from processing and shipping it (this option will only be visible if your order is unfulfilled).

Once your order is on hold, email our Customer care team at [email protected] with your order number and amendment/cancellation request and we'll get that actioned for you on our end.

We are proud to say our fulfilment team works pretty fast, and always aim to be extremely efficient so please be mindful that we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been fulfilled (processed, packaged and shipped). You do however still have the option of returning your order once received!
